When it comes to quitting alcohol, there is this huge misconception: that you have to be an alcoholic to be “allowed” to stop. The truth is though, that even a small amount of alcohol — let’s say a beer a day — can have a massive impact on your mental and physical health. To do myself a favor, I said “Goodbye” to alcohol a year ago. In this article, I will look back on my obstacles and realizations along the way!
